SHE doesn't set his soul on fire...Heroin does. Two pretty obvious examples: "I got a hurricane inside my veins and i wanna stay forever" -> Heroin in veins "cut through with silver" -> Needle cutting through skin
Not to mention that most Spiritualized songs deal with Heroin.
Song is pretty clearly about heroin. The lyrics about veins as someone already mentioned.... Also the line "got two little arms to hold on tight" - to me - conjures up an image of somebody tying off. This all can be about love, too, though (I've never done heroin myself, but I'd bet there is some overlap between it and the rush of love).. maybe that overlap is what this song is about.
