I wish I could say what I think it means, but I haven't put much thought into it, so you'll have to help me out. I just was suprised no one else has commented... Robs voice is absolutely beautiful, very moving song for me.
It sounds like he is returning to a love he once seperated from. It's been some time and he is tired and returning to her. He hopes that they can find love once again.
