I believe in 2 ways: 1. it could mean about child abuse or (2.)neglect and these children are screaming for help but we're just not doing anything about it.
Yes I completely agree, its children hurting inside because of years of abuse by people they trusted, screamin for help, but noone comes cuz only the walls are there to hear them crying and screaming for help....
