I just downloaded it from the warped sampler thing.
and have listened to it alot.
I'm guessing its about a girl that he has lead on and making her believe he cared and he's telling her to move on.

but i think the lyrics are wrong when it says "ill think what u believe then ill move on"
i always thought it was "i'll fake what you believe, then i'll move on" and i also think that it should be "you gently whisper my name as if i were something more" awesome song though, love tickle me pink =)
