First of all the line with the ??? in it the word is Believe. The line goes, Realize, do you believe in me?. The song is so beautiful. I think it means that he and some girl realize there is something going on between them and i think that she is in a bad relationship and she is upset. I don't know thats what i get from it.
i think this song is about him waking up and not remembering she was there and they had slep together then he remembers and she whispers she cant believe it happend, and i think he likes her and wants her to be with him. :D
I thougt the song was about him waking up and seeing his girlfriend crying next to him because she wanted out of the relationship. I could be way off base here.
see to me this song is about him waking up thinking about another girl, the girl he really wants to be with, not the one next to him. it hurts to see her face because he thinks of the other girl and cant be with her. he loves her and doesn't want to hurt her and ruin this beautiful day, but he has to tell her and he does. and she says how can this be happening? he wants to see her smile with somebody else who will want to be with only her. maybe i'm wrong
To me, it seems that he cheated, she stayed. The hurt to see her face, hear her cry, to see the look in her eyes. He can take away the pain, the feeling"s just the same. He's trying to atone.
