I like this song, the heavy part is awesome ! It's nice to hear some fresh meat from Pennywise !!!
I can't tell what's it's about, a relationship or the government ? Someone has a clue ?
I relate it to a couple friends I have that are messing up their lives and relationships. Others of us have been trying for so long to help them out that we're completely fed up with them, and now we're asking for just one reason to keep trying to help them... or even be their friend.
He also talks about putting on a mask to hide a mix of pain and pride. Seems like he's saying this person is putting on a stone face so no one really knows what's going on with them.
I don't know if that's what the song is really about, but that is a clear picture in my mind when hearing this song.

It's a lot like other punk rock band songs. You begin to question why you are helping someone that always takes advantage of you and/or keeps fucking up
In the context of the album it seems pretty clear this song is about religion. No religion in particular, any of those bags of lies.
