Medicated Goo sounds like the perfect medicinal marijuana song, but it was composed in 1967. Long before medicinal was a thing. So, it blows my mind if to weather that is what they meant by it, Medicated Goo.
Pretty straight forward. Kid, take your medicine, it will make you well. At the same time parodying the blind following of patients of their doctors.

@GuyForget .Hello GuyForget...Thanks for all the Lyrics..Aunty Franny Pickets and Uncle Lou verse was left out .in top part....so Your thinking & saying.its about ..Hashish..as I recal back to 1979-1985.l that Blond afganny Hash $7 a gram..wasVery Sticky..needle in a piece of cardboard..& a clear drinking glass chunk on needle .light up Minutes to Memories...lol.Thanks for the insight ..i would never had thought of Hashish...i knew it was a drug tune of course...lol..Later
