Its a great song, it means that he lives somewhere sucky. Or America is sucky... Bush ruined everything...
What a great new song from Pennywise ! I think it mean that in America we live in an artificial world (steroid boys and video girls) and that we don't care for the good things. The singer says he doesn't want to live here anymore, because he wants to see it burn from the outside, instead of dying here. (Gonna watch it burn)

What is a "triage?" It sounds like he's saying "drugs."
The lyrics are way off on this site. Dictionary.com defines triages as: A process in which things are ranked in terms of importance or priority. It kinda goes with what the song is about, but the word should be Dregs, which are the least valuable part of society.
The first verse is talking about a lot of what you see in america is vanity and tragedy. We idealize people who are beautiful and popular, and all you see on tv is who died today.
The second verse is about how people are all rushing in to try and make a quick buck on the newest flavor of the month.
The song is the guy being sick and tired of how the world lives now. No morals or any sense of dignity. Whether it's the biased (cough MSNBC cough) or unbiased news, and how they pretend everything is lovely, or the other media obsessing over famous peoples lives.
