this song is so weird, i love it it's like disney meets mario

the beginning of it always reminds me of the opening song to the cartoon "Little Bear".

Maybe she viewed her life as perfect (heavenly), but he keeps bringing her back to the shitty reality. It also seems like him and this girl fight a lot during this song, and he says a lot of hurtful things he doesn't mean. They have kind of an abusive relationship it seems.

"Oh such torturous thing always chewing up the only ones I ever mean." The bad things he does on the side just cancel out any of the sweet things he says to her (including whenever he tells her he loves her). She's had enough so she threatens to go, but it's hard for her. "If you're going then go, go, go, go." He's almost taunting her in this part, but he knows she won't leave.
