I think this is about being depressed, and as a result his girlfriend is getting more and more frustrated with his lethargy. And she shows him himself, how bad it is, how unlike his old self he really is, like she's showing him a photo she just took, and what he sees there kills him, makes him more depressed.

I'm pretty sure it's basically like, "oh shit what did I do last night" kind of thing. But with a girl telling him. This song is not like IAMX at all. It's more rock than electronic and very humourous.
