I think this might be about touring (or a guy that is often away from home and his girlfriend for other reasons.)
They've been drifting apart, what with him travelling the world and not seeing her for months at a time, and they don't really know each other anymore. He might not know or care where he's heading next, but he knows where he's going when he's coming back home to her. Only that she can't deal with the fact that he's never around, and he knows that she's going to leave him, and therefore begs her not to, saying this is not the end and they can make it.
But yeah, I don't know. I might be completely wrong.
This is a break-up song....pure and simple This is one of my favorite songs on the album
iLOVEthissong. I think this song, is about the girl getting angry with him being gone, and breaking up with him.. and him begging her not to let him go.
Yeah the R&Bness and the intro's pretty interesting lol :S But it's a good song...break up song in a sense I guess
What I get from this song, is basically a breaking up song. The person who this is about is watching as they know that the person they're with steadily shows signs they're breaking up with them. They're essentially begging them to stay with them. It's not quite a break up song as there's no resentment or guilt, just the person pleading the person to stay.
