I love the play on words in the title.. Which kinda sums up the meaning- the guy in question is in a r.ship wit the wrong woman, but somehow he can't see that Celine's the rite one for him. In a nutshell, "So in the end, it all depends on whether u find, a warm embrace when i replace the 1 u had in mind.
The song is pretty obviously about being in love with a friend or at least someone that she is quite close to. She believes that they may be made for each other but she also accepts that this may never happen, so she would move on one day but questions if her relationship will fulfill her.
