This song is on the ad for New Zealand Post, it's really nice, but kind of has a dead end meaning.
You can't help but sing along to this when you hear it on the radio or TV. It's a cute song, even if it does have a 'dead end meaning'.

What do you mean by a dead end meaning? I think I heard somewhere that the song was about Jason's partner having to be alone waiting for him to return when he was away on tour and the tension that caused between Jason wanting to 'conquer the last frontier' with the band but also wanting to be where she is.. Could be getting confused with another band though as the band Emery has a song called 'In a win win situation' which has a similar meaning. But it still fits with this song either way =P

some songs make you feel you have known them all along. heard it live; felt a tug of the heart almost immediately. straightforward, simple, sincere; and jason's voice. ummm...
This song was released when my daughter was a newborn baby and it pretty much summed up how I felt at the time, not being able to make any promises about being a great mother but being there for her always.
