love the title, such a strong double meaning, i.e. the boy telling the girl "woah, slow down. hit the brakes, woman", and breaking the poor girl's heart in the process. catchy song, but v. depressing.
This song is about how the girl is crazy about him, but he's telling her to slow down. He's breaking her heart. He knows she isn't looking for a relationship, which he actually does want.
