This song is just saying that they're not ashamed of choosing God over everything else in this world; that it was actually the best thing they could have chosen.

It puts into words how I feel when everyone wants to know why you are not following what everyone else is doing and your friends are concerned you are going to miss out... but because we have chosen God, we are called to something higher... and they are saying they still don't regret no matter what others are saying
