Fix what’s wrong, but don’t rewrite what the artist wrote. Stick to the official released version — album booklet, label site, verified lyric video, etc. If you’re guessing, pause and double-check.

Respect the structure

Songs have rhythm. Pages do too. Leave line breaks where they belong. Don’t smash things together or add extra empty space just for looks.

at first i had to laugh when i heard his voice cuz lets be honest its not the best but it grows on you and thins song is just awsome it gets so inspirational and epic

yes his voice does really grow on you when he sings "gates close, esculators climb" it may be saying that when a door close another opens type thing or it could be saying people do things and hurt and shut off (gates close) and then (esculators climb) could be like feelings and emotions building up? and then he could be blaming ir on someone "i owe it to you, owe i to you" or he could be meaning that he has changed for the better because of you.

and then at the end when he sings "i dont want you, you dont want me... strange enough - i think you need to say"

this could be conveying that even if people fight and dislike eachother or when hard times hit, you still need to stay and stick it out. and then by strangely enough you become closer.

this song is really passionate and inspiring.
