Death from Above

Nobody listens to this band anymore. At least, not crucially. Not the way we used to. It's the signs of the times. I come here as an old fan jaded by this creepy, disgusting, new SP that has no relation to the old band.

All popular music now has to bow down and sell out to the satanic order, that is, freemasons. You'll see it a lot in rap music, a bit less in rock music but rock is making a more popular comeback, thus you'll see it more in rock too. All seeing eyes, pyramids, snakes, artists making diamond shapes, diamond and pyramid light shows, etc etc.

It's well known among people who have studied Billy's history that he is now a freemason and has sold his band to satan. Thus, the records for the last 10 years that have been draped in odd cryptic meanderings are actually 100% crystal clear once you view it in the lens of freemasonry.

Zeitgeist was a precursor to the REALLY weird stuff, but there's samples of BC's gradual decline here. I think he's stating what he's seen, perhaps he hasn't done the deed in blood yet, but the document is on the table.

--- "A little hunger, a little wonder" is the soul searching for acceptance and fame in the public eye. "Death from Above" is referencing selling your soul to the prince of the air, i.e. satan. Put the two together, you're selling your soul for public fame.

--- BC knows it's dangerous and sees it happening, has seen it happen, and maybe has experienced it at this point. His cry to "Mary" no matter how silly, is still his soul searching for the right answers amidst all the wrong ones in front of him.

--- Here, he's either planning on doing the deed in blood or has already agreed to it. Seeing your band disintegrate and having to climb that mountain again gets you pretty desperate I imagine.

--- he's seeing weird things (remember his shapeshifter story?), he's either asking God or satan to "cover" him "under a spell".

---- perhaps he gave in here

a little reject a simple conjure of death from above ---- the devil was the reject from heaven, which conjured/gave birth to this "death from above" movement

--- BC is either talking to Jesus or to satan. Depending on who he's referring to as lord. He either longs to be in the position of satan who is more powerful than humans but less powerful than God; or longs to be holy and righteous with God.

i know the valleys running up under my path i know the sparrow leaves death from above --- He knows it's gonna be uphill to restart this band, does he sell his soul?

If you're thinking this is far fetched, I don't blame you. In 2007, it'd be considered lunacy to write this out. But now, with the world essentially plunged into darkness and deception, is it really that far fetched?

im not quite sure abou the meaning but i like the electrice feel to it (especilly the keyboard)

that one line might be "i know despair leaves"

Possbility: I know this rallies?

Oh, also.... I'm positive it's "Shoo, here comes death from above"... (not "shoot, here comes") which is, i think, one of the best lyrics in the song.

I think this song is about losing something and blaming it on god...

Or having something and being an asshole then losing something because of god.

Could this song be about a doomed love in a time when terrorism, war, and hatred flourish. He falls in love and then "here comes death from above".
