Zeitgeist Lyrics
Flung high
The salutations
The deep curse
And the shudders closed
The spring house
In the making
A good house
Of the many stones
In my soul
And fears I don't know
I hear there's a march
We should go
lost on this road
are there any real
Sundays to find
Unveil
On the rising
The paramount
Of the eyes of kings
As you saw
What I'm seeing
You thaw
From the fires
There's pace
In your game
And wake
In you strays
I ache from the center rounds
Lost on this road
Are there any real
Sundays to find
Lost on this road
Are there any real
Souls
Don't hear what I hear
Don't see what I see
Don't leave what I must
Leave behind
Lost on this road
Are there any real
Sundays to find
This stop
I am hunger
The deep well
Of a stranger hell
And this hearts
A lonely hunter now
I'm lost on this road
Are there any real
Sundays to find
I'm lost on this road
Are there any real
Souls
Are there any real souls
To find
The salutations
The deep curse
And the shudders closed
In the making
A good house
Of the many stones
In my soul
And fears I don't know
I hear there's a march
We should go
are there any real
Sundays to find
On the rising
The paramount
Of the eyes of kings
As you saw
What I'm seeing
You thaw
From the fires
In your game
And wake
In you strays
I ache from the center rounds
Are there any real
Sundays to find
Lost on this road
Are there any real
Souls
Don't see what I see
Don't leave what I must
Leave behind
Are there any real
Sundays to find
I am hunger
The deep well
Of a stranger hell
And this hearts
A lonely hunter now
Are there any real
Sundays to find
Are there any real
Souls

This is by far my favourite song on the Zeitgeist album. Followed closely by Stellar. Some of these lyrics might be a little off, but I did my best at transcribing the song. Enjoy.
Offical lyrics from booklet:
Flung wide The salutations The deep curse And the shudders closed
A spring house In the making On good earth Of the many'd souls In my soul And fears I don't know I hear there's a march We should go
Lost on this road Are there any real Sundays to find?
Unbound On the rising The pell mell Of the miser kings As you saw What I'm seeing You thaw From the fires
There's pace In your gait And wake In your straits I ache from the center out
Lost on this road Are there any real Sundays to find Lost on this road Are there any real Souls
Don't hear what I hear Don't see what I see Don't leave what I must Leave behind
Lost on this road Are there any real Sundays to find
This stop I am hunger The deep well Of a stranger held And this heart A lonely hunter now
I'm lost on this road Are there any real Sundays to find
I'm lost on this road Are there any real Souls
Are there any real souls To find
I agree that this is the best song on Zeitgeist. It's really a shame that it was limited to being a bonus track. It's a far more fitting closing for the album than Pomp and Circumstances.
too bad they didnt put it on the regular album. that way there would have been one song for each of the 13 stripes on the American flag...! and also because Zeitgeist desperatly needed softer songs like this.
don't know if this helps bet here are two definitions of "Zeitgeist"
the spirit of the time; general trend of thought or feeling characteristic of a particular period of time.
The general moral, intellectual, and cultural climate of an era; Zeitgeist is German for “time-spirit.” For example, the Zeitgeist of England in the Victorian period included a belief in industrial progress, and the Zeitgeist of the 1980s in the United States was a belief in the power of money and the many ways in which to spend it.
maybe he's saying there isn't any 'spirit' in this age and maybe he's looking for someone/thing with hope or honesty i.e. a "real soul."
idk
Check out If All Goes Wrong guys because at the end of the live performance, Billy turns to Jimmy and says ''That's a great song you wrote Jimmy''.
Amazing lyrics from Jimmy here. My perception of the song has totally changed since I found out Jimmy wrote it...
@SweetSweet1979 the obvious joke is that Jimmy doesn’t play on the track, so he did not write it. But you are 14 years older and wiser so I forgive you! Hope all is well.

It might be "And wake in your strengths"
Thanks Dasuitekilla :)
Is it maybe about finding hope and honesty in a world that is without that.
