I am a bit unsure as to whether this song is actually about ping pong. I think that they wrote it like that so everyone would think that. Just a thought.
It could be something more serious. Ping pong is a game where you hit the ball back and forth. Maybe the narrator's talking about this person, and he/she's going back and forth because he/she's just fake.
