So to me this song is about suicide. In the beginning "Stay young and at the top of our lungs. Our hands are free.Our lives have just begun" to me this means the person's life has barely just began.
"It's getting dark, we should go back But what's the use if what you love is what you have? And I could die right now For something beautiful to take me somewhere else Oh, I try to calm down. As I drag myself along these severed hands (Severed hands) Are doing the very best they can" To me this means that the person is going into depression and suicide. Trying so hard to get past the pain.
"I'm gonna buy a cheap bouquet. Before it dies on the display" meaning the person is going to try and find the beauty/hope (bouquet) within himself no matter how small. (cheap) before it disappears.
And then it goes into, what if there's no hope in getting out of this hell. ("stop drop and roll dont work in hell") Even though you are trying so hard, "what if I forget regret?" meaning even though I might not be able to save myself now, what if I just stop living life regretting every single mistake.

About the "forget regret" line, I personally think he is going to let go of all his past regrets and stop thinking about them, he is forgetting all that he is ashamed for.

No comments eh? What a shame! lol. Well this song, for me, is quite confusing. He seems to be trying to commit suicide for the wrongdoings his girlfriend has commited against him perhaps. "Burn like you never have before, Stop drop and roll don't work in Hell" So she must've done something to cause such harsh feelings towards her, and he says "I taste you like a hammer through my teeth" which is far from a good thing. lol. Back to the suicide, this seems evident when he says "As I drive my car into the sea" and he seems to want to know how it feels to be dead, so he's going to try it out lol. "So come on, let's have some fun"
