i a huge M-trench fan the are the world fuckin best band im so proud to be Canadian and they are so cccccccccccccuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuutttttttttttteeeeeeeeeeeeee but a lot of their songs are so sad i feel so bad for josh and all that stuff he went through but his life has totaly turned for the better ever since becoming famous GO MARIANAS TRENCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!YAAAA
it's about cutting himself obviously. i think the whole song is absolutely amazing but there's two lines i really like.. "So what's one more excuse, guess I just like the abuse." because he's saying he can't help it, he has to keep cutting, it's an addiction now and he doesn't mind making up some more excuses as to why his wrists have slits on them. and "Is this pound of flesh enough and I'll cut away until you say enough" because it seems like he's almost trying to impress someone and until that person realizes how great he is and shows him they care, he's going to keep cutting himself. i could go on about every single line, it's like each one has a hidden message.. absoluuuutely amazing.. even the "Heartbeat, heartbeat" part. i looooove mariana's trench.

I actually thought this song was about abuse. Not self mutilation abuse, but as in, parental abuse, or whenever someone would hit you, and the vertigo was the bruise. Vertigo is a color.... right?

The fact that he not only remembered a fan, but also their handshake thingy..? I love Josh Ramsay ten times more. I've always known he loves his fans... And I've heard a ton about how he remembers fans after seeing them once. It's down-to-Earthness like this that we don't get a lot these days. I absolutely love Marianas Trench, and the realness of them, from their music to their personalities.

I wanted to see one of their shows, they were with Three Days Grace and some other really good bands, and I was pysched, and I was going to buy some tickets and I got angry because you have to be nineteen and up to attend.

Funny story about me, and it has something to do with this song: I was listening to it on my iPod a few hours ago, and I paused right near the end (about nine or ten seconds before the end of the song), during Josh's scream. So when I put the song on "play" again, I heard... "WHAAAAAAAAAAH" It was really freaky, but it was hilarious.
Anyway, I love this song. Although that may be because I'm a huge M-Trench fan. Hehehe.
I honestly thought vertigo was a colour.
