Hustler Lyrics
I'm a hustler baby
That's what my daddy's made me
Yeah I'm a hustler baby
That's what my dady's made me
I'm a hustler baby
That's what my dady's made me
Yeah I'm a hustler baby
That's what my dady's made me
If I had the money to go to a record store
I would
I I would
If I had the money to go to a record store
I would
I I would
Go to the record store
Go to the record store
Go to the record store
Put records in my clothes
Go to the record store
Go to the record store
Go to the record store
Pass me back man
Go to a record store
And put it in my clothes and
Walk past that record man
Got to have the sticky hands
You ass is broke
You ass is broke
Like me
Like me
Go to that record store
Steal some record man
Go to that record store
Steal some records man
I'm telling you I'm broke
I'm telling you I'm broke
But I'm survivor than you that I can cope
Yeah I'm a hustler baby
That's what my dady's made me
Yeah I'm a hustler baby
That's what my dady's made me
Yeah I'm a hustler baby
That's what my dady's made me
Yeah I'm a hustler baby
That's what my dady's made me
It's 8 o' clock
And I got nothing to do
Can't go to the club
So I guess I go to the record store
Visit my record man
With my sticky hands
Walk out that record door
Put your records in my clothes
The records in my clothes
What the fuck is you gonna do
What the fuck is you gonna do
About it
Nothing
Push it push it push it push it
Push it push it push it push it
Push it push it push it push it
Push it push it push it push it

great song. even better vid ;) singer sounds pretty young
I guess it's about a young girl whose dad (or possibly her bf?) refuses to give her any pocket money. She needs music to survive so she goes and jacks records from the record store. What an awesome song - play this in all my sets!
it's about stealing cd's from a record store cuz you're broke.
not a lot of thought into that.

the videoclip is great! \o/
It's about electro.
“'Hustler,' [...] reflects the root for the term 'electro,' and has a few applications when making assumptions concerning the origins of it, as a genre and wonderful way to spend an evening out with friends or a good group of associates. 'To combine form' would be a standard clue as to who may or may not jot a few ideas down in a song, longing for a sound that has never, to date, existed.
Enjoying this track is about understanding how, lyrically, the empirical evidence stating clearly, most people who hold this music and genre dear if not necessary, it is an emerging style difficult to find in high quality.
This is something lingering on the senses, almost a feeling or vibe but reminiscent of BT’s 'Heaven Scent,' or any other progressive, ground-breaking track defining the lining of the cloud where kids who are in the know can proudly tout a new viewpoint on music in the car or in their world in general. While all of this music converges to swerve one way or another, metaphorically speaking, the driving force behind a majority of thematic undertones defining the type of sound a person can lose it to, dancing or romancing the idea that a few musical directions mention vision and are as solid as a truck is where it becomes clear that the point in this electro genre is to create rather than imitate, to move forward rather than backward."
That came from the song's page on Last.fm, by the way.
