Pretty self explainatory. After the planet smasher refuses to do Ziltoid's bidding, Ziltoid seeks out the creator to figure out his true nature.
The Omnidimensional Creator would have to be a bro-dude, wouldn't he?
"Long time no see, although I see everything..." Ouch, I reckon this line pretty much shows just how small Ziltoid really is, in the grand scheme of things.
