I think it may be that he is lost, and doesnt know how to feel anymore, and just wants to feel again. i can be completley wrong though
These lyrics are way off. It should read:
'Happiness is an illusion Hold me close, deceive me a little more'
The song is about his experimentation with heroine. The guitar explosion in the 5/4 outro is a musical representation of coming up on the drug.
I guess it's about someone or a movement telling to the world that they have/are the truth..
