It is a song about tranquillity in the sense that he no longer worry about his love because he feels with him finally forever. For my point of view certain paragraphs has another sense, and is that finally I leave back a sickly relationship and no longer worry about everything and finally I can be free and to heal my wounds. Good, it is my interpretation at this moment cause I fell on black days...

In my opinion the song is about him finding the one he truly loves. He says finally forever because he feels that this is the girl he could spend forever with. He talks about seeing this girl in her wedding dress and realizing that this is the girl he wants to spend forever with.

Yea it seems obvious, he sees a girl and is instantly in love, and does anything for her. He has found the one, and doesnt have to worry about finding his soulmate, he has found it forever.

Yeah, I saw him in concert at the Beacon in NYC, and he played this song acoustically saying "This is a song I wrote for my wife and played at our wedding." He also said one of the fans he talked to used it at his wedding as well.
