Blood Machine Lyrics
Wrong way, lose turn
Is this a game that you play
With your enemies
Momma, I killed her
Its in her face that I see
And her figure haunts me
I want you dead
I need you dead
I wished for days
For the telephone
To sing a song to me
At my worst I play
Here in the garden
To see all your blood over me
I want you dead
I need you dead
Don't change your heart, 'cause baby you got me
Here with the last word to fall out your mouth
I did what was told
But if I could just take it back, you know I would
On the soft of your cheeks
Here in the cold of your eyes
Sweet formaldehyde
God give me turn
With all of my love that I give
For her eyes to hold
Don't change your heart, 'cause baby you got me
Here with the last word to fall out your mouth
I did what was told
But if I could just take it back, you know I would
Is this a game that you play
With your enemies
Its in her face that I see
And her figure haunts me
I need you dead
For the telephone
To sing a song to me
Here in the garden
To see all your blood over me
I need you dead
Here with the last word to fall out your mouth
I did what was told
But if I could just take it back, you know I would
Here in the cold of your eyes
Sweet formaldehyde
With all of my love that I give
For her eyes to hold
Here with the last word to fall out your mouth
I did what was told
But if I could just take it back, you know I would

where it says "here in the cold of your eyes sweet from my to hide?" it should be "here in the cold of your eyes, sweet formaldehyde"
Love this song. It's my ringtone! =]
The blood machine is 2 things the heart and an actual machine that long arm and his brother butchie made. One of them is saying he killed a girl that he loved but he also needs his mom dead because she forced him to make this machine
ok i think that this song is when butchie is forced to kill cecillia who he loves "but if i could just take it back you know i would" and he wants his mother dead because she was the one that got him and long-arm into the race for death. but i would like to know because there are many references to "the telephone" if it serves a greater purpose than i know.
This song makes me think that the telephone is a way that Long-Arm and Butchie "communicate" with their dead mother...
While this song and "Run Like Hell" are considered Prize Fighter Inferno demos, there are other ways of interpreting them as well. We know that this song was being worked on during the album "In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3", and that album has a three-song suite (the Camper Velourium trilogy) featuring Al, a psychopathic serial killer.
Al, an intelligent card-shark, kidnaps women whom he thinks look like Luci, his ex-girlfriend, and mental-obsession. These women are then restrained with a potent knock-out drug, put on ice, and hanged from hooks in the freezer aboard his ship (see Issue 11 of the IKSSE3 graphic novel).
I believe that "Blood Machine" and "Run Like Hell" may have originally started as demos for the Camper Velourium saga. This one, the earlier of the two, would have given the listener a bit more insight into the character of Al, who, throughout this song, is seen killing people, using formaldehyde to preserve their bodies, and generally playing with their corpses. A very morbid and unsettling set of images.
