I think it's simply a guy wanting to spend every moment with some girl, but maybe she's dying or something cuz it seems like she's still alive he just wants to spend every moment he can with her before she does.
i must say the fall of troy record is new and different, but i love it, and this is one of favorite songs,
the person before is right in his/her descriptiion of the song.

Yea. Thats what I think too. Since Manipulator was written at about the time when Thomas broke up with his girlfriend, I think this song is about her.
