this song came from "The Consumation" it was released a few years back before Vol. 1
damn can any one say that he hates his ex? I would too after what she did.in this song he's obviously singing about how he hate her for what she did.
I don't know... this song could be about God or his faith. Touched and moved me but you (God) don't care about me. Feel so dirty, unclean (for sinning possibly?). "I will hold a grudge" (against God?) for leaving him broken hearted. "When I was stupid enough to believe in you (God)" "tell me all your needs give me all your needs show me on your knees" praying to God?
Or it could very well be about a loved one again. There's lines in here that point to both explanations. Hard to say and we'll never know for sure.

this song is really emphatic,looking back at their other songs i would say that its more about religion than love,cuz their other songs like Rapture and ones i couldnt remember,hey i live in Turkey and no one knows this group i wish they could come here,i would be on the front side.i really loved the way he sings suck it down disease...

Look at the title. Unclean wouldn't point to religion, IMO. The whole point of religion is becoming clean. The title itself suggests that he is scarred and "unclean" due to a failed relationship. I believe it can be explained the same why House of Cards is explained.
