"Surgery" as written by and Michael Allen Patton....
Coming back from surgery,
Coming up on seventeen,
Some kind of plasty or maybe a lobotomy.

Coming back from surgery,
Coming up on seventeen,
I don't remember how I looked
Before he got to me.

Coming up on twenty-three,
Cut a piece of skin for me,
Never have to wait in line; he
Never seems to know it's me

And he's standing over me,
Wide awake and clenching teeth,
"Now it's time," he says "for you
To open up so I can see."

Caked... all...
Caked all over...

    General CommentWOW!!!

Get this everybody, AT AGE 23, ROSEMARY KENNEDY (sister of late President John F. Kennedy) had a lobotomy because her father complained about her "moodiness". Unfortunately, the lobotomy ruined her mental capacities and she couldn't talk anymore, use the bathroom anymore. The poor girl was reduced to an infantile state of mind.

As a result, her and JFK's dad hid Roesemary's accident with surgery for years. So sad! Kind of messed up.
