No Sssweat Lyrics
Where's Your Respect?
WHERE'S YOUR RESPECT?
Why Bite The Hand That Feeds You?
Its Not Over Yet,
NOT OVER YET,
Plenty More Fingers For You To Nibble,
I'd Like To See You Get Your Teeth Round This,
I'm Sure Your Jaw Will Surely Be Missed.
Not even Salt Can Make Your Hands Taste Good,
I'm Still Crunching Your Lifeline
You Do This Every Fucking Time,
No Sweat
No Tears
No Guilt
BLOOD FILLS YOUR PALMS
WHERE'S YOUR RESPECT?
Why Bite The Hand That Feeds You?
NOT OVER YET,
Plenty More Fingers For You To Nibble,
I'd Like To See You Get Your Teeth Round This,
I'm Sure Your Jaw Will Surely Be Missed.
I'm Still Crunching Your Lifeline
No Sweat
No Tears
No Guilt
BLOOD FILLS YOUR PALMS

Well, we will feed them when we're older, as is always the case, society needs youth and young people to carry on as normal, one day the people that snub and gripe youngsters will come to rely on those that they've snubbed and griped at for being young.
"Nobody has respect for our generation!"
This song makes so much sense now.
"Wheres your respect? Why bite the hand that feeds you?" I think thats mocking how older generations are saying we dont have enough respect for them, that we shouldnt disrespect those that gave us everything.
However, Enter Shikari throw their words back at them "where's YOUR respect? ....I'd like to see you get your teeth round this"
No problem. No conscience. We bite and we don't care.
Unusual no-one has commented. Neway, quality song (lyricsa bit off here though). From what i remember from the gig, they said it has something to do with us having to respect our planet more etc, which matches the lyrics: biting hand that feeds you, us slowly destroying the earth.
Yeah they said that at the one I was at too kruza, this is one of their best in my opinion too. Excellent live.
Awesome song; not sure what I think it's about. I love how "lifeline" is sung in this one.
By the way, missed a lyric at the end.
"You do this one more time and I'll bite your fucking fingers off"
before playing this song at southampton university, 4th march. rou explained:
"This song is off the album. This song is about respect. Or should i say the fucking lack of respect that some people have for our generation."
this is a beast of a song! You do this one more time and I'll bite your fucking fingers off you missed this bit off i think some one eles said it and all
i thought it was bite 2 but me friend thinks its rip becuz dats wot it sayz on da album
um, to anya, if he actually did say that that doesn't really make any sense to me at all. i dont see how previous generations as a whole dont put sweat into tears into what they do with no guilt ever, and i dont really see how we're "feeding" them and then getting fucked over.
fucking best song on the new album. xx
