Fat Slut Lyrics

Fat slut you said
What luck I said
To be stuck in your, your happy family
Well don’t you dare I said
Judge me you go
And stick it in somewhere
I’m I’m sicka hearin’ it, you go
Stick it in somewhere I’m
I’m sicka hearin’ it.

this really, really, and i do mean really short song is so good!!

it just sucks because its so freaking short, right when you think its about to get even better, it cuts off, which is a shame, because, the song is so diffirent and powerful, you can hear the power in tori's voice, o well, i still love it!:)

I think this song represents the pit of 'woman against feminist' which is described on the next song on the album. Pip is very clearly being called a 'fat slut' by another woman who might be threatened by her aggressive nature.

whenever i listen to this. i always imagine a conversation with yourself. i think this song is about a woman putting down herself. which leads to her anorexia in the next song, girl disappearing.

"stick it in somewhere"... given pip's nature, the person this song is addressed to is definitely male.

the third line: "to be stuck in your happy family"

i think i recall reading in one of the blogs (clyde's or santa's.... i can't remember) that pip did not have a very good family life. given that, i bet that this is addressed to pip's father.

haa all these different versions, and i thought it was about a pretty girl, as pip is- a rock chick, all in pvc..alot of girls feel very threatened by that, so they resort to name calling and disliking that type of person basically down to self esteem problems with themselves and maybe a slight jealously, they are not brave enough to be like that, its the girl all their boyfriends would want...so they all hate people like pip, mostly the 'popular' girls from a different crowd, or all the well behaved boring straight laced kind of girls...i took it that she was saying that she didnt ever want to be part of them anyway, and that it doesnt bother her...and dont you dare go judging her on what you see, because from what she can see from you, your not worthy to judge...

im probably very wrong..but...

my personal view on it is that she's pretty much got whoever she's snarling at by the balls, but other than that (Pip's the confrontational one), she's griping about being called a "fat slut", and essentially saying, "well look, if you feel that way about me, then go stick it in somewhere else cuz you sure as hell ain't getting any from me!"

For me this song is a fight between a long-time couple. The two can't stand each other anymore so they're contstantly arguing... The "mother" is sick of pretending her family-life is happy and peachy.

And that also relates very well to Pip not having a nice family history. It might be what she witnessed as a kid. It was traumatic for her.
