I think this song is about being lied to, like when someone is lying to you and you can totally tell they're lying, or being totally let down by someone for no reason. I get that from the "Think you can pull this over my eyes" and "I can see this without sight". I think it's also about how a person can't get over another person and will love them no matter what has happened between them. I get that from the "But my heart will always stay."
