Pretty clear what it is about. She had a boyfriend and she went away for a while and while she was away he cheated on her and she found out. She hates him for cheating on her and the girl because she made her boyfriend cheat. She wished she had listened to her friends when they said he was the wrong guy for her.
Actually, she just wants her life back but without him.
