This song has a much more energetic sound then anything on Crane wife, and really sounds a lot better to me then perfect crime 2. A lot of that is probably just the fact that it has a lot of jazz sound at the end and I play trombone, but it really should be available outside the Starbucks release.

As for the meaning, Colin once commented that it was about some guy planning "the perfect crime", although it's never apparent what said misdemeanour or felony actually is.
