I'm sure everyone would have an easy time following this. He's in love and he wants to start a life with this person - their marriage will be the beginning of perfection, pretty much. It seems very "American Dream"-esque, but more emphasis on his love for her.

i think so many people can relate to these two lines; well, i know i do.
this song always seemed like the ultimate choice for the end credits of a happy movie. the young couple in love marrying and having children and seeking to lead a happy life and stop any possible disruptions to that life.
this is basically about knowing that you want to spend the rest of your life with someone, because he/she is amazing. (: i love this song. to. pieces.
Why is this song called Umbrellas? I understand what the song is about just not why Sleeping At Last decided to call it this. Anyone have any ideas?
