It's a man who at first introduces us to the SONIC recreation of the end of the world, on the understanding we have come to bare witness to the sound of drum and bass.
We find out, however, the man in question was joshing us all a long and what we are listening to IS IN FACT drum and bass.
The man has no regret about the trick he played on us, tauntingly questioning what our response will be. He punctuates his uncaring stance with an obscenity.

I think it's just really funny that the announcer sounds all serious and then he just turns around and says fuck it. Like the song was supposed to be all sophisticated, in a drum & bass way, then he was just like 'fuck it, let's just dance.'
The aggressiveness of the music matches the tone of the guy's voice. He's basically like, um, well, I don't really care what you guys think, I'm just gonna dance and you can do whatever.

why does the version on the album not have any vocals to it? and where can i get the version with the vocals on it?
i heared them saying something on the build up sections, but all i understood was shwissashhaashwass, mabey its something backwards? i think its only on censored versions of the song,where they say ok f-beep-k it its drum and bass
