    this song describes my life :( to me it's about somebody with depression and a friend helping them through without showing that it's killing them inside too. but that is just for me, truly it can go for any disease out there. amazing song. describes every feeling.

    My Interpretation
    I think it's someone who is getting depressed and knows they need help but cares more for a friend, sibling, or girlfriend, who is going through a rough time, than they do for them self. So they're saying that they're going insane and they know it, but that their loved one comes first.

    To me its about someone who is mentally ill w bipolar really bad and someone close is trying to get them through it but in turn is getting depressed and feeling insane in the process but hideing thheir feelings for them. Its heart breaking when you know eventually there's nothing you can do. Personal experience
