This song is so incredibly beautiful and touching. I fell in love with it on my first listen! I loved the original Russian version, but hearing it in English sung by Ed's VA is just... wow, so meaningful. I didn't notice the change of POV between the two Elric brothers right away... I had no idea what the Russian lyrics meant before I heard Vic's version and I almost cried when I listened to it. This was actually the first song I heard Vic sing... I adore his voice now!

Who cares if he sang it for fun? I'm just glad he did! I actually first heard this on my mp3, not knowing my friend had downloaded it and not knowing who sang it, but when I heard his voice, it sent chills throughout my body... it was AMAZING!! .For me, it just seems to mean more coming from someone who played one of the characters, especially Ed. Vic is as amazing a vocalist as he is a person... WE LOVE YOU VIC!!!
