Wanye Andrews, The Old Bee Keeper Lyrics
I'm the keeper of the bees, as you know,
Just a worthless memory, in this house,
Through the light of day and dark,
Will you notice me,
I'm the keeper of the bees,
I'm a dead man.
Dear Diary, I won't keep her awake anymore.
I won't love her anymore, she won't let me,
Just a journey mans journey, to the end,
Will this road hold home for good?
Will I ever see, 'gainst this broken street again?
It will comfort me.
Dear Diary, I won't keep her awake anymore.
Just a worthless memory, in this house,
Through the light of day and dark,
Will you notice me,
I'm the keeper of the bees,
I'm a dead man.
Just a journey mans journey, to the end,
Will this road hold home for good?
Will I ever see, 'gainst this broken street again?
It will comfort me.

I won't keep her away anymore I think it really says I wont keep her awake anymore. Once again it seems the theme of this song is a New presumably girl is living in a haunted house. The Polterguist narrator of this song is so lonley and attacthed in this house that his only sort of amusement or pleasure is harrassing this girl. He probably does ghostly stuff like smash windows or make picutreframs fall. Just my interp

I think you're right, I was actually thinking when listening to it the other day that it might be 'awake'.
I think that this is a ghost in a house in the woods the Cecillia may have found while running from the scene with long-arm and butchie bleam. And he just keeps scaring Cecillia as she is trying to sleep or something like that.

actually this guy pretty much got i think
I have another i dea for what this could mean and I think if my interpretation of the rest of this CD is right, this is Arthur realizing that his actions are driving everything away from him and now his family or "bees" are gone and he wants forgivness.
I was sensing that the song is about Gunner Recall's Alter Ego... and in which the pain and realization of what he did to his wife settles upon him.
I agree with whats been said about this maybe being a Ghost that Cecillia runs into while fleeing. Wayne Andrews then tells Cecillia of his life story and how he can't move on for some reason or another. Over the course of some period he falls in-love with Cecillia, who wishes to help him, and he discovers the Bleam brothers, and the possibility that Cecillia could be killed by them and become a spirit with him. However, realising that she would then never love him, he decides that it is best to leave, and never appear to Cecillia again. ALthough i could be reading alot into that lol
I think this is Gunner Recall attempting to accept what he's done, and that his sons are after him. "I won't keep her awake anymore," maybe he was in denial at first, and now he's letting go of her memory. Then he has to accept the fact he no longer has control of his sons: "Just a worthless memory in this house...I'm a dead man."
I don't know, maybe.
this song is about not about a ghost or anything he says "Dear Diary, I won't keep her awake anymore" which means that he wont let her live anymore alot of claudio sanchez's lyrics are like that
