The Going Price For Home Lyrics

And I've paid the price of solitude with wish to worry while you're away,
With all grace to allow my hand the travel & worth here across your face.

I love you more than you could know,
In those eyes you hide it well, I think you do.

As I turn the wheels that round the ground across the Never, here against the grave,
Now I've lost the only thing that matters to me life, is this the dream?

Here I go, I'm on my way home now to you,
And it hurts to hear you feel.

It sounds like just the set up to the album. What I see is Jesse going to a place he calls "Home", he is also going back for some woman. He talks about paying the price for solitude which is lonliness and now he wants company and be around people he knows. Perhaps this is all where he stayed before Coheed and Cambria epic started off, before he went into hiding and such. He is going for love, definatly a thought.

Agreed. Maybe the woman has moved on and taken a husband and fears a conflict or whatever may occur when Jesse returns?

all i know is that this is about a funeral. The Prize figher inferno wouldn't really care about reuniting with cambria because it was coheed that she was married to and Jesse never really seemed close to anyone accept his daughter. anyway i don't see him in this story at all i think its just the band name. does anyone agree with me that cecilia marie kills herself in track 3?

coheedismylife you asshats.

Arthur McCloud is returning home from jail. He was put in jail for molesting his daughter Cecilia. Cecilia knows her father is on the way home and is trying to find a way to leave home.

I think that this is a set up for the album also but in order to know the charcters involved you need to look ahead. I think its about Arthur McCloud coming home (probably from prison for abusing his wife Martha" and this is his, creepy and evil thought of returning home to his beautiful daughter Cecillia. He knows he cant be with his wife (sexually) for what he did to her in the past, but she hasnt left him. So this is why he decides to "love" his daughter. And she knows this but because it is such a terrible thought she tries to hide any thought of this but Arthur knows that she knows.

What I don't get is why fans of the same band are arguing with eachother.

Chill, yeah?
