Well I loved this town like you did
I'll burn it to the ground
Packed your things and then
you were gone
Called a new place home
Like you do
And you'll never change
Well I got a feeling inside
Its going to happen again
There's a fire deep in your eyes
They've never seen before
Like you do
And you'll never change
More than lights expose
who you are
I'll burn it to the ground
Packed your things and then
you were gone
Called a new place home
And you'll never change
Its going to happen again
There's a fire deep in your eyes
They've never seen before
And you'll never change
who you are

I'm surprised no one has commented this song yet. It's defintally my favorite song off the album.
"Like you do And you'll never change
Well i got a feeling inside It's gonna happen again There's a fire deep in your eyes That i've never seen before"
I love those lines. I think that they mean having someone you love leave you and come back. even though you're happy you have a feeling the same things will happen again.
The first thing on my mind on first listen was, Jim Ward listens too much to coldplay haha
HAHAHAHA i thought i was the only one who thought about it, xam.
actulally, it's

xam/kibe - at least you're listening ;)
Honestly when i hear this song i get a feeling of paranoia. Like past relationships have really scarred the person and is afraid to trust anybody.
More than lights expose who you are - What inspired those lyrics I wonder. Such an amazing song.
I loved this song from the first time I heard it. He's so love sick, he misses her like hell but he knows she's no good for him. I think it's about a guy who was really inlove with this girl and she did him wrong and overtime he gave her another chance and he's scared that she'll never change. he's kind of in denial, eventhough he knows she'll never change, he still takes her back. When he says, "More than lights, expose who you are" Hes referring to the breakup, how she hurt him and doubting that she can be faithful to him.
