Livin' In A New World Lyrics

Turn up the boombox, put on your high tops, cmon outside
Today's gonna be the day we start livin' in a new world

Turn up the boombox, put on your high tops, cmon outside
Today's gonna be the day we start livin' in a new world

Yo, they got high power lenses on the cameras outside,
it aint no where to run,
it aint hardly no where to hide
they hear you when you're whispering so try to keep quiet
you won't even realize that yous a twinkle in the all-seeing eye

From the time you in the bar getting high
to having conversations on your phone through the wire
you can drive but it's definitely footage of your ride
living in this day and time, it's a funny kind of vibe

From the corners of the ceiling feel his eyes in back of me,
I couldn't tell you why i think they constantly after me,
maybe it's cause the news put it to me so graphically
how niggas don't obey no laws- not even gravity boy..

No benefit of doubt he had to be from, he from the corner where they known to get their casualty on,
another day, another scene to perform- spolight him on friday,
and lock him up on saturday morn, cmon..

Turn up the boombox, put on your high tops, cmon outside
Today's gonna be the day we start livin' in a new world

I really really really love this song!

The surf hippie vibe, the hip hop- it's all about being free.

I think this song explains the situation of big bro really well. We're all getting used to cameras being around but the paranoia still gets to you.

He's angry with the media and all the propaganda and needs to get away from it all, but the chorus is inviting anyone else that wants to come along too.

i totally agree. living free from the restraints of everything around us. and crowd participation is a must if we are ever to live in a free world.

"another day, another scene to perform- spolight him on friday, and lock him up on saturday morn, cmon.."

i think its also about how the system is set up in a way to get out people to "tap dance" for the media.

also feel like cause sometimes we cant stand it and we need to block out the world cuz zome times its too much we end up blastin our music just to get us going.

i think this is also about us comming together under a new understanding. thats all i am gonna say for now.

Call me crazy but this song is about the illuminati. I don't neccisarily believe in the illuminati but i definately believe that the few control the many, which people may call those few the illuminati.

take a look at this lyric, "they hear you when you're whispering so try to keep quiet you won't even realize that yous a twinkle in the all-seeing eye." the all seeing eye is considered by many an illuminati symbol.so this whole song is pretty much talking about someone knowing what your doing and saying through cameras and phones and such, then he throws that lyric at you to let you know whos listening. that your a twinkle in the all seing eye.

another illuminati thing you will hear about is the new world order. well, look a the title livin in a new world. new world. new world order.

well thats what i have to say, not that i beleive in all this crap anyways but i dont disbelieve in it. so go crazy with paranoia that someone knows what your doing all the time and is controling you... or dont
