i dont think shes in the hospital, its at his house because she is so done for they signed the contract to give up life support. i'm guessing cage wanted her last hours with him at his house cause he doesnt want to let go of her and he pumps her and himself full of drugs to cope with it all
I think that no one is really paying attention to what he is saying, there is no drug use on her part, she is not in a hospital, the woman he loves is dying of meningitis and he's taking care of her in his own home.. thus the "nobody wants to visit the guy who keeps the body in his bedroom." I don't really think that there is an underlying meaning here, he's just talking about a fucked up situation. By the way this song is AMAZING live. Cage is a lyrical mastermind!

This song is talking about his dying girlfriend, as you can tell she is in the hospital and he talks the whole time about how she is weak cant do shit and they need to help her do everything. Sick part was when he says "Sloppy with a fork, so Chris gotta feed her To numb to cum, sometimes she piss while I eat her." Thats what makes me love Cage, crazy ass style and fucked up storys.
