My mom, strong character passed away when I was 14 . Lot of instances in life and certain people I\'ve met reminds me of her just like this song.
This song kicks ass! It's a great opening to a brilliant album!!!!
To me, and I'm sure it's obvious. But you have this guy who thinks he can do it all, but there's this girl who shows him that it's ok to "trust in the heart." So when this guy is around this girl, he's vulnerable and he's pretty much, "under the influence." Because of this girl, he's lives life fully and dangerously.
I realise the James is all about the romance, but what i love so much about all his songs is that they can applied to other things than just a 'romantic' relationship.
