I think its about a girl and when they kiss like strangers then they are in danger of not loving each other anymore. He loves her but she doesn't love him anymore. Thats just my opinion.
I'm not going to lie, the lyrics to this song sounds a bit cheesy. No disrespect, but it does. For example: "You're a diamond I'm a heart living in this house of cards"
