Runes of Power Lyrics
The wind came down from mountain could
And like a tide it roared and rolled
The branches groaned, the forest moaned
And leaves were laid upon the mould
The wind went on from West to east
All movement in the forest ceased
But shrill an harsh across the marsh
Its whistling voices were released
And like a tide it roared and rolled
The branches groaned, the forest moaned
And leaves were laid upon the mould
All movement in the forest ceased
But shrill an harsh across the marsh
Its whistling voices were released

Ok, I know the lord of rings comparisons with all of their songs, my interpretation of this song would be the love of the outdoors, weather, and traveling through it (like they do in the LOTR movies).
The lyrics for this one are an excerpt from the Dwarves' song in The Hobbit. If you want to read the whole thing: http://oldpoetry.com/opoem/7224-J-R-R-Tolkien-Over-the-Misty-Mountains-Cold
