haha.... it's sad that my idle used to be bulimic and do heroin.. but i kind of get what he means in this song. I have isomnia too.
It's neat that some lyrics from this song showed up in "Perfect."
Everyone above me has got it, I think. It's about Josh's drug addiction and/or eating disorder.
I'm pretty sure this song is about him getting into drugs, having an addiction. some of it is self explanitory
it also could partly be about his insomnia.. "Stay awake, Feeling cold and tired" About his drug addiction, his insomnia, and his bulimia. Thats my guess

Definately about an addiction but I think it's emphasizing that it's something that he thought he was over and now it's coming back.
