This song is about post-traumatic syndrome, which usually occurs to people who return from war.
I think you are right Aniland, I have someone close to me who suffers from post traumatic stress disorder,(war related) and Kataklysm have captured it beautifully with this brutal tune!!!
Whenever I hear this song, I feel like head banging. Truly amazing. Defenetly in my top five favorite metal bands.
