i reackon this song is about how he once liked a girl who cheated on him and he feels like it was his fault..he is also scared of commiting himself to another relationship ""And I’m sick of just pouring myself out into careless hands"" due to fear of it will happen again.. PWD FTW!

On the album launch Winno did say what this song was about, but i cant really remembered, so im gonna have a crack...could be that its about moments in life when everything gets away from you. Things get the better of you. You feel you just cant cope, nothing makes any sense and you just wanna blackout from it all....maybe, i dunno.
I relate it to friendships... not picking the right people who are going to stand by you and be a good friend. They just keep letting you down and you're losing faith in people.
