my name is hailey, and my boyfriend once sang these lyrics to me when we were in a fight and on the verge of breaking up. it really described some of the problems he had with the way i teased him and the way we kept flitting around going on and off in our relationship.

Hey, My name is actually spelled the same as the song. whenever i hear this song it reminds me of an ex boyfriend that could never seem to get over me. i still feel terrible about all the lying that we did and im glad that he didnt find this song before i did.
It's about people having trouble in their relationship- being on and off the whole time. The guy is saying that he really cares about her, but that she needs to decide what she wants from their relationship once and for all because all the indecision is hurting him and if she isn't going to stick at it, he could be moving on and starting to try and get over her. If she is only going to choose not to stay with him, he would rather that she didn't lead him on and make him think that she cares when she doesn't really....because it's only hurting him and making everything worse. It's really sad :( He can do better than stupid Haley though!!!
